Metro Kuala Lumpur does it again this week, with a great article on tools for stamp collectors. The article covers things like electronic perforation gauges and guillotines for cutting mounts. Why is it that I have to look all the way over to Malaysia to find a regular column on stamp collecting in the mainstream press? The picture below is the electronic perf gauge.
