In an editorial, one writer asks in Johnstown, PA’s Tribune Democrat why the postal service doesn’t offer one-time bulk mailing services for organizations that need to do the occasional mass mailing. Good question! In fact, does anyone offer this kind of service anywhere? I can’t recall there being anything like that available at Mailboxes, etc. or any of the other mail service stores either. Perhaps there is an unfilled need here. Here is a link to the editorial.
