Florida’s Sun-Sentinel has one of the last stamp columns in the country, written by Richard Carr. In this weeks edition, Mr. Carr describes the new 2004 US Stamp Yearbook by George Amick. The 2004 US Stamp Yearbook is the 22nd volume in a continuing series published yearly by Linn’s Stamp News. These books cover all of the details about stamp production and design for each of the stamps and postal stationary published in that year.
