13 year old Quinn Alice Webber of Tacoma, Washington has won a design contest that will see her drawing of a leatherback turtle issued as a stamp on the island of Nevis. She originally did the watercolor and crayon drawing two years ago, when she was 11. The stamp itself is a 1.20 Euro denomination and part of the flora and fauna series of Nevis.
