In today’s Billings Gazette appears a story about one Jack Rosenthal, a stamp collector who specializes in Wyoming related stamps. He also happens to be a former president of the Citizen’s Stamp Advisory Committee (CSAC), as well as the designer of three of the Wyoming related stamps that he collects.
