Tristan Island Souvenir Sheet

There was a Souvenir Sheet released this week from Tristan Da Cunha. This sheet, Island Series PT7 M/Sheet, was issued January 22, 2006 and features six islands from that region. The Remote, Inaccessible, Nightengale, Middle, Stoltenhoff, and Gough Islands are shown on each stamp with a specific feature from the islands geographic area.

Jewelry Stamps From Taiwan

This week, January 17 2006, Taiwan issued four stamps featuring Cing Dynasty Jewelry. The appreciation of Chinese art is worldwide and the National Palace Museum collection was a great place to go in order to share some treasured pieces.
