It looks like another lackluster year for the USPS Commemorative Program in 2008, released yesterday. The two standouts appear to be the Flags of America series stamps, and the Great Lakes Dunes Nature of America series release. Other than those, I won’t be going out of my way to purchase and save any of the rest. You can have a look at the press release issued yesterday announcing the program here.
