To commemorate the Sydney Swans AFL premiership triumph, Australia Post has released the 2005 AFL Premiership Souvenir Stamp Sheet of the victorious Sydney Swans team.
The souvenir stamp sheet features celebratory post-match images on the background of the stamp sheet along with the team name, team logo, final score, AFL logo and of course, the title “AFL Premiers 2005″.
