Earlier I gave a link to a wonderful website of all the countries that are issuing stamps for the Centenery of the Scouts. I am amazed at the work put into this great resource, which should be looked at by all collectors. The website can be located at www.sossi.org

I bring this up as Switzerland today, May 5, 2007, releases their Scout Centenry issue and it can be seen as a single, sheet, or FDC. Designer Marc Weller gets high praise from me for this wonderful triangle stamp design, which reminds me of the scout tent. Also the happy childrens faces depicted are a true representation of the scouting experience.

Girl Scouts should not feel left out, as the Switzerland sheet has both Boy and Girl Scout Emblems. Makes a person want to break out the s’mores!
