Richard Carr writes about the 2006 USPS stamp program in his weekly stamp column in the Florida Sun-Sentinel today. This column is one of the last stamp related columns left in this country. As I’ve stated many times before, I wish that we had many more like this around the country, as it could only be good for the hobby. Perhaps the best way to get more like it is to ensure that this one is very popular.
