It was announced on December 16 through a press release on Virtual Stamp Club, that there have been 5 low-quality counterfeit APEX certificates discovered in Hong Kong. APEX is the expertising arm of the American Philatelic Society, and is one of the more popular, and most trusted, expertising services in the United States.
