Consequently, they are seeking a world-class expert to lead their new division.“This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the right person,” said Jim Halperin, Co-Chairman of Heritage. “We’re looking for someone with a deep knowledge in all areas of stamp collecting to build and operate this new division. The ideal candidate will have an impeccable reputation, expertise, and integrity, as well as extensive experience buying, selling, appraising and cataloging stamps.”
