A while ago, I posted about a person in India who was being charged with forging revenue stamps. Here is an update to the story. The government of India is using a Video Spectral Comparator to obtain evidence against the accused in the case. This sounds like a piece of technology that the APS should consider acquiring, if they haven’t already done so.
