Munich stamps



What connection does the movie Munich have to philately? The movie was the inspiration for one stamp collector to put scans of his collection on CD to distribute freely as a recruiting tool for the Society of Israel Philatelists. This, to me, sounds like an excellent idea and I would be interested to find out the results. The article, in the New Jersey Jewish Standard, states that the society has distributed “several hundred” CD’s to non-members of the society. You can read the full text of the article here.
