Here is a nice article about a collector named Frank Shepherd in yesterday’s Baltimore Sun. Shepherd is 84 years old and has been collecting stamps since he was 12 years old. Shepherd is displaying a part of his collection of space topicals at the Joppa, Maryland Library to commemorate the return to space by NASA.
