In today’s Beatrice Daily Sun, out of Beatrice, Nebraska, there is a story about stamp collecting in general, a stamp collector specifically, and a nearby annual stamp show. The story focuses on one stamp collector, Gailen McMullen, who has been collecting stamps since 1960 and specializes in plate blocks. The real reason for the article, I suspect, is to publicize a nearby stamp show, LINPEX, being held this weekend in Lincoln, Nebraska.
