					<description>So once again the government has confused the heck outta me!

The USPS is supposedly no longer a part of the federal government and is suppose to be running independently. Yet they continue to get free money from the government for operations and now this... the feds have to approve what goes on the stamps. I guess I never realized that was going on.

Whats next? The feds have to approve what athlete makes it onto a box of Wheaties?
